Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy.
Refunds Are Available:
Within 7 days of purchase for VPS, game servers, and web hosting
If we fail to resolve a technical issue on our end
In emergencies (with proof) at least 7 days before an event
Refunds Are Not Available:
For dedicated/custom servers or discounted plans
For violations of our Terms of Service
After 7 days (except in special cases)
Cancellations:
Can be requested any time via the client area
Recommended at least 3 days before renewal
Refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner. No processing fees are charged at this time.
